Developer and consultant at Project2100, building production software end to end: Azure financial data platforms and reporting, mobile and desktop product surfaces, and the pipelines and APIs underneath them. I work AI-native, running multi-agent development workflows and LLM integrations where they earn their place, and I verify by driving the thing myself rather than trusting a green build. Experience
- Own the Azure SQL and Power BI financial reporting platform that around 40 operating sites run their P&L on, including the dimensional model, the scheduled pipelines and the stored procedures behind them.
- Enforce a verification loop that treats green gates as insufficient: written contract, agent fan-out, independent re-gating, driving the product live, then adversarial reviewer agents. On one release this found six real defects the passing typecheck and test suite missed.
- Traced a portfolio-wide payroll failure through Azure Data Factory to a key-resolution fallback and re-attributed 8,112 wage rows across 5 properties in a same-day fix, with every row count matching the prediction.
- Designed and operate a multi-agent development system: a named-agent registry with file-claim locking, an inter-agent message board and hook-injected persistent memory, routinely running 5 to 9 parallel agents on shared production codebases without write collisions.
- Ship product across the stack on a funded operations SaaS entering a two-site pilot: a React Native staff app on TestFlight through build 43 (NFC check-in verified on hardware), a role-gated Next.js console, and the marketing site live on Vercel.
- Embed with enterprise clients across finance, operations and compliance: discovery, scoping, build and handover, delivered on each client's existing stack rather than requiring a migration.
- Perioperative coordination across 13 theatres running 70+ surgeries daily; high-tempo environment with no tolerance for procedural error.
